This sample is simple.

The SQLite database file contains only the two default collections *
and #. The only collection containing values is *. pdr is not
configured for automated input but you can specifiy expressions on the
command line as well. pdx is configured to create a HTML report
containing two SVG images.

First you can try "pdr -l" to list the collections. This should give a
result like this:

    $ pdr -l
    connecting to database
    checking schema
    listing collections
      name type table recs first last purpose
      #      text     C1     0
      *      numeric  C0     1478    2009-04-01 05:50:00  2010-03-31 21:42:48
    disconnecting from database

Now let's start pdx to generate the configured output files:

    $ pdx
    connecting to database
    checking schema
    generating output :.....::
    disconnecting from database

After this the output directory should contain three actual files:

    $ ls -l output
    insgesamt 96
    -rw-r--r-- 1 muellerto users 15324 11. Dez 11:34 diagram1.svg
    -rw-r--r-- 1 muellerto users 67693 11. Dez 11:34 diagram2.svg
    -rw-r--r-- 1 muellerto users  4517 11. Dez 11:34 report1.html

You can now open your browser to view report1.html and the generated
images.
