Yes, I noticed that as well, and they've been re-organizing it
for quite some time now.

Anyway, I added the DTD packages to the LDP web site in
our author's resources area:

   http://www.linuxdoc.org/authors/index.html#resources

You'll see links to both DocBook 3.1 and 4.1; as well as
the standard DSSSL stylesheets from nwalsh's site.
